What is Lean Six Sigma?  


More and more organizations and people want to learn about effective improvement methodologies. What are key drivers for successfully deploying a process improvement strategy or what does it take to truly implement Operational Excellence? It seems that the most common methodology is the so-called Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology but what is it and how will it help me? This workshop is intended for everyone interested in successfully improving processes and results. This includes but is not limited to management teams, change agents, HR and Sales people, quality and business development managers and everybody working in process improvement including project managers and (internal) consultants.


After the workshop you have a clear understanding of what Lean Six Sigma entails and what is required to deploy it successfully in your organization or with your clients. It will help you determine the appropriate ambition level and how to set aligned business goals.


Planning & Organisation


The workshop is delivered in English and in Turkish. TEAM Lean Six Sigma & YODA will organize 2 open Lean Six Sigma awareness workshops in December and January 2013. These workshops will be delivered in English and are organized in Istanbul. The first workshop is scheduled for the 7th of December from 8:30 to 13:00. The exact location will be chosen based on the number of attendees. To enable some personal interaction a maximum of 20 attendees is allowed.
